and purchase.

Oil tasting
This tasting starts with the oil introduced with an explanation of
its cultivation, processes and conservation techniques. Three types of
extra virgin olive oil are tasted.
Cost of the tasting is € 15,00 per person.

Tastings of cured meats and cheeses
A selection of cheeses and cured meats is served (capocollo, prosciutto
toscano, 'finocchiona', soppressata), accompanied by baked bread with
organic flour and/or bread cooked in the wood oven.
The wines served are DOCG wines.
Cost of the tasting is € 50,00 per person - minimum 6 participants.
