Conditions of stay

CHECK-IN: 15.00 - 19.00
CHECK-OUT: 10.30

PAYMENT POLICY::
At booking the guest has to pay 30% of the total amount by BANK TRANSFER (mailing a copy via fax to the number +39 (0)577 669742).
30 days before the arrival the host will have to pour the balance of the amount total.

PROCEDURE UPON ARRIVAL:
On arrival, the guest has to show at the Reception the passport or identity card in order to register, as required by law.
Security deposit: 30% payable on arrival.
The deposit will be returned on departure, minus any additional expenses for any damage caused.

CANCELLATION:
In case of a cancelled booking, the following charges are:
- From Reservation To 30 days before Check In 50%
- from 30° the day in then 100%
